                        THE UK POLICE (SUFFOLK POLICE AND/OR THE NCA) HAVE DESTROYED CRUCIAL DEFENCE EVIDENCE I REQUIRE FOR A CRIMINAL CASE IN THE USA.

          DESPITE REQUESTING ANY COPIES OF THIS MATERIAL THEY POSSESS THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PROVIDE IT TO ME.

               THE NCA SENIOR OFFICE WHO HAS ALLEGEDLY DONE THIS 'LEE MORGAN   LEWIS' HAS NEVER BEEN HELD TO ACCOUNT OR INVESTIGATED FOR THIS DESPITE IT BEING SAID :

'He appears to have been discliplined - we do not know whether he was discliplined for his in/action in relation to this case, other/s or both.'

          THE IOPC (INDEPENDENT OFFICE FOR POLICE CONDUCT HAVE REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE BECAUSE MORE THAN 12 MONTHS HAS ELAPSED SINCE THE INCIDENT.

          THE ICO (INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS OFFICE) HAVE REFUSED TO FORCE THE POLICE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THIS MATERIAL BECAUSE THEY SAY THE POLICE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO.

          NO MAJOR LEGAL FIRM, BARRISTER OR MP HAS BEEN WILLING TO HOLD THE POLICE TO ACCOUNT FOR THIS DESTRUCTION OF MY MATERIAL AND THE FACT THEY ARE NOW DENYING ME  THE MATERIAL I REQUIRE TO DEFEND MYSELF.

          THIS INCLUDES ALL THE LEGAL FIRMS AND BARRISTERS WHO REPRESENTED ME IN MY EXTRADITION CASE.

From the outset I would like to state that this site and its mirror on TOR has not only been created for my own protection but also for anyone else who has been effected by these issues and to expose what authority is willingly being allowed to get away with.

There is an increasing and concerning situation where those in authority do not have to answer for their actions, mistakes and the effect this has on the citizens of this country.

Unfortunately much of the establishment such as courts and legal representatives seem unable or unwilling to deal with these issues; as we have recently seen in the news with rape and other serious cases.

           There also appears to be a new way for people, especially those in authority, to get out of taking ownership of their actions and mistakes; this is known as 'good faith'.

'Good faith' allows people to get away with saying and claiming almost anything without having to provide any proof or justification at all; but this is only afforded to certain people or organisations, often the very ones who should be accountable to the citizens of the country.

Essentially 'good faith' allows those who want to get away with criminal, immoral, corrupt behaviour and set their own narrative, to do so.
